Life coaching with a shamanic twist!
Life coaching is a powerful way to create the life you long for. Add a twist of shamanism and it amplifies that power!
Shamanism is an ancient form of spiritual and energetic healing. It is a primal and powerful way of viewing the world that enables healing at the energetic and soul levels.
I bring my two decades of experience as a shaman to our coaching sessions. I can detect energetic or spiritual issues that may be blocking you or hindering you, and resolve them (with your permission, of course). I can also teach you ways to manage your energy into the future.

What happens in each session?
We start by looking at where you’re at, where you want to go and what you want to develop.
Then we brainstorm options for getting there, and figure out the obstacles in your way.
We’ll work out your next steps and come up with some actions you can take to move yourself forward.
I know it sounds too simple! But you’ll be impressed with the depth & complexity you hold within you, and the richness of our conversations.

How do we meet?
We can connect anywhere in the world using Skype or Zoom.
If you’re in Wellington, New Zealand, we can meet in-person at your work or home (or another location that suits you). A travel charge may apply.

1x 60-90 minute session
Great for those times when you need a boost, but don’t need a whole programme.
You get one coaching session to help you get on the road to your dreams.
Six session package
6x 60-90 minute sessions
Perfect for when you’re looking for ongoing support or have a lot of things you want to work on.
You get six weekly or fortnightly sessions to help you go deep and give you ongoing support while you build towards your dreams.
